AfiniTwin: frequent questions (and honest answers)
The questions people ask before buying — and a few they probably haven’t asked yet but should. Four sections: product, technical, legal and privacy, commercial.

Which LLMs can I use my AfiniTwin with?
Any serious LLM that accepts system prompts: Claude (3.5+, Opus, Sonnet, Haiku), ChatGPT (4o, o1, custom GPTs), Gemini (1.5+, 2.0), Mistral, Llama, Qwen, DeepSeek, and open-source models served via Ollama or vLLM. What does NOT work: closed models without configurable system prompts.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. The AfiniTwin ships as plain text. You copy, paste into Claude Projects, ChatGPT Custom GPT, or wherever — and it works from the first sentence. For API integrations, yes, you need to know what an API is.
How long does it take to build my AfiniTwin?
If you already have an account and have done the six instruments (Big Five, AAP, AHP, AVI-25, ATP and the conversational module), compilation is immediate. From scratch, the six instruments take 90-150 minutes split as you like.
Does the AfiniTwin update over time?
It updates when you recalibrate it (not automatically). You can re-run any instrument whenever you want — free forever. Repackaging is also free forever.
In how many languages does the package come?
Six: Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil). The system prompt comes in all six. The structured JSON is language-agnostic.
Can I gift it?
Yes. Purchase generates a transferable voucher. The recipient runs their instruments and builds their own profile. Profiles cannot be inherited.
Technical
What format does it ship in exactly?
Three formats in the same package: 1) structured JSON for API integrations, 2) narrative Markdown to paste into chatbots, 3) platform-specific templates for Claude Projects, ChatGPT GPTs, Gemini Gems, OpenAI API system instructions and Anthropic API.
How many tokens does each mode consume?
The full AfiniTwin system prompt (Interlocutor mode) uses 1,200-1,800 tokens depending on language. Specialised modes (Critic, Mirror, etc.) range 1,500-2,200. Insignificant against any modern LLM context window.
Is there a B2B API?
Yes. REST endpoint documented at /afinitwin/api. X-Twin-Key auth, configurable quotas, txt/md/json/yaml formats, Claude/GPT/Gemini/generic variants. Available to Professional subscribers and B2B buyers only.
What if I compile my AfiniTwin and then change my profile inside Afini.ai?
Your original package remains valid and downloadable (permanent snapshot). For an updated version, recompile — free. You can keep as many historical versions as you want.
Does it support agents (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)?
Yes. The structured JSON is designed for any agent to read as operational context. Integration examples are in the API docs.
Legal and privacy
Does the AfiniTwin contain sensitive data?
Not by default. Psychometric instruments measure traits, not special category data under GDPR Art. 9. The conversational module may capture what you voluntarily declare, but does NOT infer health, religion, etc.
Who is the data controller?

Is my AfiniTwin used to train AI models?
No. Your data does not train any model. Compilation is local to your account; results are served only to you (or whoever you authorise via the B2B API).
What if I want to delete everything?
Deleting your account removes your profile on Afini’s side. Historical snapshots are kept only if you explicitly asked for them and are deleted with your account. The package you already downloaded remains on your disk — that you control.
Can I request a DPA?
Yes. Public template at /legal/dpa-template. If your compliance asks for reasonable modifications, we negotiate at no extra fee.
Commercial
How much does it cost?
AfiniTwin isn’t sold separately: it’s included in your afini.ai subscription (€49.99/month), with a fresh Twin every month. You start with a 7-day free trial and cancel anytime.
Do I have to pay for AfiniTwin separately?
No. As long as you’re an afini.ai subscriber, AfiniTwin is part of the fee. You recompile and download it as many times as you want at no extra cost.
Can I try before paying?
Yes: the subscription includes a 7-day free trial (with a card; Stripe warns you before the first charge). In those days you see AfiniTwin and the rest of the subscription. If it doesn’t fit, cancel and you’re not charged.
Is there a lock-in?
No. Cancel anytime, no penalty. While your subscription is active, you get your fresh AfiniTwin every month.
Are there discounts for students, NGOs, journalists?
Yes, write to info@afini.ai. We look at each case with proof of status — student ID, certificate or credential. We don’t advertise this loudly because we don’t want signalling.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes. VAT-compliant invoice + applicable withholdings, VAT number, tax address. Methods: card, SEPA transfer, international transfer. For B2B volume there’s special pricing (info@afini.ai).
Bulk purchase for my team?
For 5+ seats there’s B2B pricing with signed DPA and dedicated support. Info at info@afini.ai.
