What happens when I run out of monthly quota?
We don't cut you off. We switch to a more efficient model with a clear notice and bring you back to the main model on day one of next month. Your cognitive profile applies in both cases.
Which AI model do I use?
Opus 4.8 with adaptive thinking, Anthropic's most capable model, with your cognitive profile injected into every conversation. That's what makes the AI understand you from turn one, without you having to explain yourself. Included in the subscription, no add-ons.
What exactly is adaptive thinking?
A capability of Opus 4.8 where the model reasons internally — between 1,000 and 16,000 tokens of private thought — before responding when the problem warrants it. Simple questions don't even trigger it. Complex ones reach answers no non-thinking model can produce. Included in your subscription.
Is the AfiniTwin included in the plan?
Yes. The subscription includes a fresh AfiniTwin every month, recalibrated with what you add to your profile. It is not sold separately: you keep it while your subscription is active.
Can I cancel and keep my AfiniTwin?
Yes. The AfiniTwin you've downloaded is yours forever — it's just a JSON. If you cancel, you stop generating new monthly exports and lose the profile-aware chat inside afini.ai, but the downloaded JSON keeps working with any external AI.
When does the model get updated?
When Anthropic publishes a new version and we've validated it in staging. Never without notice. You can see the active model at any time on the model status page.
Is there a trial period?
Yes: the subscription includes a 7-day free trial. Stripe emails you one day before the first charge. Cancel anytime, and if the first 14 days after the first charge don't convince you, we refund that first month — voluntary refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe — credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA where available. Invoice issued by Bilbao AI S.L. (Spain).
